Pick-up orders will be ready within two (2) business days from the order date.
Please check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email for up-to-date information.

-
Many customers outside the continental U.S. use international freight forwarders—agents/exporters that move cargo overseas and handle required documentation. They can ship directly from our warehouses to the non-continental U.S. destination of your choice. For more information, visit ASF Logistics | International Freight Forwarder & Broker.
- How long does it take to get a price quote?
-
Not long at all! Just add the bottles and/or jars you want to your cart and your price and shipping are calculated instantly at checkout.
- What is the minimum order quantity?
-
BOB’s minimum order quantity is one (1) full pallet.
- Does BuyOurBottles.com ship internationally?
-
We ship to the lower 48 states only, but we do have international customers. Customers outside the lower 48 can arrange for a preferred carrier to pick up from our warehouse, or we can ship to a U.S. border location where you can arrange alternate freight to the final destination.
- Are there any price breaks for larger orders?
-
The price per pallet stays constant, but freight rates can change with additional quantities.
- How do I schedule a pick up at one of BOB’s warehouses?
-
During checkout, you can schedule a pickup time using a carrier of your choice. Once scheduled, email the appropriate documentation/BOL to customerservice@buyourbottles.com so the BOB warehouse has the paperwork. Please provide paperwork at least 24 hours before pickup.
When the driver arrives, ensure they have the order number (found in your order confirmation email). If you prefer BOB to ship your glass jars, you can always get an instant quote on our website.
- Do I need a forklift and pallet jack?
-
If you don’t have a forklift to unload pallet(s), select the Liftgate option at checkout. You'll need either a forklift or a pallet jack to move pallet(s) to the final location inside your facility.
- What methods of payment are accepted?
-
We accept major credit cards and PayPal™.
- Why do I need to upload a tax exemption form or resale certificate?
-
States without sales tax include Alaska, Montana, New Hampshire, Delaware and Oregon. If your business is located in one of those states, this does not apply. BOB does not charge sales tax to customers. In return, you must submit a copy of your resale certificate or tax exemption form. Each state has specific requirements, so please consult your state’s Department of Revenue. You can upload your document on our website.
For customers outside the U.S., submit a resale certificate or tax exemption form from the state in which you take possession of the glass purchased from BOB.
If you have an existing account, log in and visit your account to update or review your tax exemption information.
If you’re a new customer, you can upload your document during account creation. If you have trouble, email it to customerservice@buyourbottles.com.
- Does BuyOurBottles.com offer closures?
-
BuyOurBottles.com does not offer closures (lids, crowns, caps or corks). These can be purchased from a regional packaging distributor or closure manufacturer.
- How do you ship the bottles that aren’t in cases?
-
Bottles not in cases are shipped in “bulk.” A bulk pallet is built by placing a thin, rigid fiber sheet on top of a wooden pallet, then stacking a layer of standing bottles. Another fiber sheet is placed on top, followed by another layer of bottles—repeated for four or five layers depending on the bottle. A wooden frame is added on top, the stack is wrapped tightly in industrial plastic, and heavy-duty plastic straps are applied for stability.
- Are there any additional bottles or jars available for purchase?
-
If you’d like products beyond what’s featured here, browse the catalog at northamerica.ardaghproducts.com. Additional bottles and jars are available for purchase by the 53’ truckload (not by the pallet).
- Where are your bottles and jars manufactured?
-
All jars and bottles sold by BOB are proudly made in the USA at an Ardagh Group glass Packaging facility.
- Are your bottles and jars manufactured using recycled glass?
-
Yes. Every jar and bottle manufactured by Ardagh Glass Packaging is made from 100% natural, sustainable raw materials found in the U.S.—recycled glass, limestone, soda ash and silica sand. Glass is endlessly recyclable without any loss of quality or purity, and glass recycling is a closed-loop system that creates no additional waste or by-products.
