American Craft Beer Week (ACBW) is the national celebration of small and independent craft brewers and the vibrant American beer culture. Held annually across all 50 states, this year’s event will take place May 16–22, 2016. It’s an opportunity for brewers and beer lovers alike to raise a glass to creativity, community, and craftsmanship.

Since its founding in 2006, ACBW has become a cornerstone of the craft beer community. During 2015, more than 60,000 beer fans joined the celebration online, sharing experiences and photos on social media. With craft beer’s continued rise, even more enthusiasts are expected to participate this year.

Breweries across the country mark the week with special releases, tours, tastings, and events — from pairing dinners and festivals to fundraisers that give back to their local communities. Whether you’re a longtime fan or new to craft beer, there’s no better time to discover something local and unique.

To find an event near you, visit the official events page on CraftBeer.com. You can also follow the celebration on Facebook and Twitter — and don’t forget to share your own experience using #ACBW.

We hope you’ll take time to celebrate American Craft Beer Week at your favorite brewery or at an event in your community.

Cheers!
