On the journey from molten glass to the loading docks, BOB’s bottles travel a long, winding, and highly engineered path. Each bottle moves through a specialized oven to temper the glass, a coating station to prevent abrasions, and multiple inspection points to ensure flawless quality control.
Every aspect of each bottle is carefully examined — from the heel and body to the shoulder, neck, and finish. If a bottle doesn’t meet our strict standards, it’s scrapped and recycled. Only the best bottles make it to BOB’s customers, ensuring brewers everywhere get glass that’s as strong and dependable as the beer inside.
